Product Application
The CGF series water production plant can be used in Water Factory, Food and Beverage Factory or Manufacturing Fields.
Any purified water can be filled in 0.25-2L plastic bottles via this 3-in-1 machine. The mini capacity for this 12-head model is 4000 bottles per hour (500ml bottle). Various kinds of PET plastic bottles are applicable, such as round, flat, big or small bottles.

1.Bottle blowing machine
| The Automatic PET Bottle Blowing/Making Machine is suitable for blowing PET bottles of various shapes, volume from 100 ml to 2000 ml, wide application for blowing mineral water bottles, soda bottles, cola bottles.
1 Bottle preforms are heated by infrared lamp tube. The temperature is controlled by the computer into a constant temperature and pressure setted value;
2 Advanced gas path design. It has dual air intake mechanism;
3 Programmable PLC controller is used and can automatically contro and monitor the running machines. |  |
| 2. Water treatment system | The water treatment plant is composed of water pump, silica sand filter, active carbon filter, precision filter, reverse osmosis for mineral water treatment, and etc. All equipment is made of food grade stainless steel SUS 304/316.
The RO equipment mainly separates organic material, colloid, small particle, bacteria. It has good effect on cleaning, sterilizing and concentrating big-molecule material. |  |
